John is WV licensed and a member of the International Hearing Society. He attributes his interest in hearing healthcare to his father, who opened his first hearing practice the year John was born. This allowed John to develop a passion for the hearing industry at a young age. His desire for helping people hear better continues to flourish. He possesses a unique professional combination having worked in the manufacturer’s setting which then prompted him into opening his private practices.
John has a deep desire to educate the community about better hearing and assist each person in making the best decision to maximize their quality of life. He is committed to excellent hearing healthcare and optimizing patient satisfaction.
Ada Burgoyne
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Ada works in both our White Hall and Bridgeport offices. She received an Associate’s degree from Fairmont State University and holds several health field certifications. Ada assists our hearing healthcare specialist in various aspects of patient care.
Alice Baughman

Alice attended Cittone Institute in Edison, NJ where her studies allowed her to broaden her business-based knowledge. She has made the healthcare field her career focus with over 20 years in the medical profession.
Debra Hess
Patient Care Coordinator
Debra joined our Whitehall office in May 2016. She is the smiling, front desk individual you will see as you enter our office. Debra brings 18+ years of medically related experience to Hearing Solutions Services. She is registered with the state of West Virginia as a Certified Medical Assistant.
Kim Curry
Patient Care Coordinator
Kim works primarily in our Bridgeport office. She has 25 years of experience in the medical field and is here to assist you with your hearing healthcare needs. Kim is the friendly individual you will meet first when visiting our Bridgeport office.
