John is WV licensed and a member of the International Hearing Society. He possesses a unique professional combination having worked in the manufacturer’s setting which then prompted him into opening his private practices. John has a deep desire to educate the community about better hearing and assist each person in making the best decisions to maximize their quality of life. He is committed to excellent hearing healthcare and optimizing patient satisfaction.

John credits his interest in hearing healthcare to his father, who opened his first hearing practice over 50 years ago, the year John was born. John was introduced to the business early in life, which fostered his enthusiasm for the hearing industry. His commitment to improving auditory health was evident from the outset, and his professional endeavors continue to thrive today.

Alice joined Hearing Solutions Services, Inc. in 2020. She has made the healthcare field her career focus with over 20 years at various medical firms. Alice is versed in insurance processing for our patients. She attended Cittone Institute in Edison, NJ where her studies allowed her to broaden her business-based knowledge. You will see Alice in our White Hall and Bridgeport facilities.

Kim works primarily in our Bridgeport office. She is the friendly, kindhearted individual you will meet first when visiting with us. Her dedication and sincere investment in assuring quality patient interaction is extraordinary and unparalleled. She is skillful in coordinating various organizational components, keeping patient interests at the forefront of her efforts. Kim has 25 years of experience in the medical field and is here to guide you on your hearing healthcare journey.

Krista has substantial experience, having worked in both our practices. Her warm personality, dedication, and conscientious nature will make you feel at ease. Krista’s vast knowledge and technical understanding establishes a basis for highly professional and proficient patient interactions. She works diligently with a commitment to ensure full and complete patient satisfaction through expert guidance and personalized care.

Jessica works in our Bridgeport and White Hall offices. Her friendly and understanding nature coupled with her vibrant personality adds a special element to all her interactions. Her level of competence offers quality and comprehensive attention in addressing all individual concerns and questions. Jessica’s focus on supportive and positive patient care is outstanding.

Taylor is an enthusiastic, thoughtful, and knowledgeable member of our HSS team. She is committed to delivering exemplary, compassionate patient care, with a thorough emphasis on each patient’s path to improved hearing. Her welcoming nature, keen insight, and critical skill set provides an exceptional foundation in assuring a reliable outcome in all aspects of patient care.

Emily is associated with our White Hall practice. She is the smiling individual you will see as you enter our HSS office. Her welcoming nature, dependability, and commitment to quality patient interaction brings immense value to our office. She is adept in overseeing a multitude of patient care facets, elevating our patient satisfaction to the highest potential.

Debra joined our Whitehall office in May 2016. Her tenure with our company brings a solid foundation to address patient concerns quite effectively and efficiently. Debra brings 18+ years of medical related experience to Hearing Solutions Services, Inc. She is registered with the state of West Virginia as a Certified Medical Assistant.
