John is WV licensed and a member of the International Hearing Society. He possesses a unique professional combination having worked in the manufacturer’s setting which then prompted him into opening his private practices. John has a deep desire to educate the community about better hearing and assist each person in making the best decisions to maximize their quality of life. He is committed to excellent hearing healthcare and optimizing patient satisfaction.
John credits his interest in hearing healthcare to his father, who opened his first hearing practice over 50 years ago, the year John was born. John was introduced to the business early in life, which fostered his enthusiasm for the hearing industry. His commitment to improving auditory health was evident from the outset, and his professional endeavors continue to thrive today.

Alice joined Hearing Solutions Services, Inc. in 2020. She has made the healthcare field her career focus with over 20 years at various medical firms. Alice is versed in insurance processing for our patients. She attended Cittone Institute in Edison, NJ where her studies allowed her to broaden her business-based knowledge. You will see Alice in our White Hall and Bridgeport facilities.

Debra joined our Whitehall office in May 2016. Her tenure with our company brings a solid foundation to address patient concerns quite effectively and efficiently. Debra brings 18+ years of medical related experience to Hearing Solutions Services, Inc. She is registered with the state of West Virginia as a Certified Medical Assistant.
