Hearing Health Care Tips from Hearing Solutions Services

Trust your ears to SoundGear

The sound of gun blasts, power tools and industrial machines can damage hearing in a heartbeat. Yet hunters, recreational shooters and workers need to hear clearly to be safe and successful.

SoundGear electronic hearing protection devices answer both needs in a single product — digitally enhancing environmental awareness while simultaneously protecting your hearing from loud noises like gun blasts and engines.

We are proud to fit SoundGear

SoundGear represents the latest advancements in hearing protection and enhancement products. SoundGear’s unique technology enhances external sounds to provide situational awareness and directionality, while still protecting your hearing.

Phantom

SoundGear Phantom is the world’s first—and still most popular—custom, rechargeable, and Bluetooth® compatible hearing aid and protection device.

Offering an unrivaled custom fit, Phantom lets you hear environmental sounds and conversations more clearly while offering protection from both sudden and continuous loud sounds.

Its comfortable fit, streaming capabilities, and 23 hours of battery life mean you can wear it all activity long, without taking it in and out when you answer the phone, have a conversation or take a short break.

In addition to being a hearing protection device, the SoundGear Phantom is an FDA-listed prescription hearing aid and may be fitted to compensate for hearing loss, consistent with the product’s labeling and applicable law.

SoundGear is ideal for hunters, shooters, industrial and construction workers, even military personnel and police officers — and is available in three styles:

Electronic Custom Fit

SoundGear Custom Fit electronic hearing protection and enhancement products are for the individual who refuses to compromise when it comes to performance and personalization. Molded to each wearer’s ear for maximum comfort and stability, they feature the most advanced digital technology available.

SoundGear Shield

SoundGear Shield lets you easily hear the environment around you, and is so comfortable, you won’t feel like you’re wearing hearing protection — until the moment it’s needed. That’s when the device delivers up to 26 dB of noise reduction and instantly limits output to safe listening levels for your specific noise environment.

Custom Earplugs

For over 50 years, Starkey has been the recognized leader in custom hearing instruments. With SoundGear, we’ve integrated our renowned manufacturing and technology innovation into earplug solutions that deliver the best custom fit hearing protection you’ll find anywhere.
