The real only problem was it took to long! My appointment was at 11:00 am, John took almost 45 minutes longer with the previous patient, he didn’t see me until 11:45am!

I went to the wrong office and they were very nice and understanding. They went to the other office and got my hearing aids for me. So I wouldn't have to travel and help me with them. Everyone was very kind and welcoming
